The Purchasing area leads the corporate sourcing strategy, ensuring efficient, transparent processes aligned with the business's strategic objectives. Its mission is to optimize the acquisition of goods and services, generate value, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards.

We are looking for a Senior Indirect Purchasing Specialist, responsible for executing sourcing and negotiation strategies that drive efficiency, savings, and innovation in the categories under their management.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage the acquisition process for goods and services for assigned categories, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with different business areas to define needs and execute purchasing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Implement the Seven Steps methodology or other strategic sourcing strategies that generate value, mitigate risks, and optimize costs.
• Analyze indirect spending categories to identify improvement opportunities and apply market best practices.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies, documenting each stage of the process and ensuring optimal conditions for cost, quality, and delivery times.
• Monitor supplier performance, coordinate risk assessments, and collaborate with the Legal area to ensure contracts are aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Track and report savings obtained by category and subcategory.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance areas to ensure proper contract formalization and traceability of operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, International Trade, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Advanced English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Indirect Purchasing and supplier management.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies (Seven Steps or similar).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, with strategic thinking and results orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project).
