Training and Development Intern, Talent

Join TelevisaUnivision as a Training and Development Intern in Mexico City (Santa Fe). You will be part of the Training and Development team, which aims to strengthen talent competencies through learning programs, continuous training, and professional development. Your role will involve supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of training and organizational development initiatives, contributing to the learning experience of collaborators. This is an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge in a corporate environment.

Must Have

• Support logistics and coordination of courses, workshops, webinars, and training events.
• Prepare graphic materials, presentations, and digital content for development programs (manuals, infographics, invitations, videos, etc.).
• Participate in internal communication of training initiatives (message drafting, intranet publications, posters, communiqués).
• Perform administrative follow-up for training records: attendance, evaluations, databases, and reports.
• Support the application of surveys and evaluations of program satisfaction or impact.
• Collaborate in creating innovative learning experiences, incorporating visual elements, gamification, and digital tools.
• Participate in organizational development projects, supporting diagnostics, information analysis, and executive presentations.
• Be a student in final semesters of Communication, Graphic Design, Psychology, or related careers.
• Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Writing and visual communication skills.
• Organization and time management.
• Interest in learning, training, and human development.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, LMS platforms or similar).

About the position and team

You will be part of the Training and Development team, whose objective is to strengthen the competencies of talent within the organization through learning programs, continuous training, and professional development. Its main function is to design, implement, and evaluate strategies that promote the personal and professional growth of collaborators, aligning development actions with the company's strategic objectives.

In addition, it promotes a culture of constant learning, innovation, and collaboration through initiatives that integrate digital tools, effective communication, and meaningful training experiences.

About you
