This role is for a Program Manager within the "Team IVDL" environment at Thales's Gennevilliers Campus, focusing on the integration of a new data link product for the Rafale aircraft. The manager will lead internal work, ensure project commitments are met regarding punctuality, costs, and customer satisfaction, animate the project team, manage client relationships with Dassault Aviation, and handle project reporting. The position requires at least 10 years of experience in project management, contractual management, planning, and transversal resource management, along with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Must Have

• Lead and organize internal work within GBU SIX, ensuring alignment with DMS.

Your daily life

The Gennevilliers Campus is the heart of design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radio communications, resilient network and infrastructure systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is quickly accessible by public transport.

Within a large-scale project focused on the development of the IVDL system for the future version of the Rafale, we are looking for a Program Manager interested in project management experience in the Aeronautics and communications domain.

Within the "Team IVDL" environment, you will lead a project related to the integration of a new data link product on the RAFALE. You will have Dassault Aviation as your main contact and will work in close collaboration with Thales DMS France.

The main objectives of this project are to define the specifications of the physical and functional interfaces and the development logic for the integration of this product on the Rafale carrier.

As Project Manager for IVDL, you will:

• Lead and organize internal work within GBU SIX, ensuring alignment with those carried out at DMS.
• Guarantee the fulfillment of project commitments in terms of punctuality, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Animate the project team and its instances.
• Manage customer relations and animate internal teams and customer Workshops.
• Ensure Project reporting activities at the department level (finance, highlights, risks, quality etc.).

Your profile

• Do you have solid experience of at least 10 years in project management, contractual management, planning, and transversal resource management?
• Have you successfully completed projects, respected "on time delivery," and managed project budgets with complete autonomy?
• Have your experiences developed your ability to interact with multiple stakeholders at all levels?
• Are your strong organizational, synthesis, and leadership skills, as well as your ability to work in an integrated team, recognized by your peers?
