Join the Finance Department of Thales Services Numériques (TSN)'s Business Unit Enterprises (BU ENT) as a PMO Programs intern. You will support program management activities, optimize reporting, facilitate information exchange, contribute to financial monitoring, and manage the SPHERE platform. Must Have

Within the Finance Department of Thales Services Numériques (TSN)'s Business Unit Enterprises (BU ENT), you will join the Project Management Office (PMO) team for an internship primarily dedicated to supporting program management activities for contracts. You will work under the supervision of the Finance Department's PMO and collaborate closely with the financial control teams as well as the Program Managers of the Finance & Services Department.

Your main missions will be:

  • Collect and organize information necessary for program monitoring (project documentation, financial tools, etc.), in support of Program Managers.
  • Optimize program management reports to improve the readability and quality of transmitted data.
  • Facilitate information exchange between the Financial Directorate, the PMO, and Program Managers.
  • Contribute to the financial monitoring of programs in support of the responsible teams.
  • Manage the SPHERE platform (document sharing) by ensuring the organization, capitalization, and dissemination of best practices.
  • Improve program consolidation and monitoring tools to enhance their effectiveness.

This internship will allow you to immerse yourself in project management with a strong financial component, contributing to the consolidation of reporting for the Finance & Services Department, in a dynamic environment focused on performance and rigor.

Your profile

  • Education: Student in engineering school, university Bac+5 or equivalent.
  • Experience: Beginners accepted, a first experience in project management or finance is a plus.
  • Technical skills:
  • General knowledge of IT technologies and information systems.
  • Notions in financial management of service contracts.
  • Proficiency in office tools and ability to work on collaborative platforms.
  • Personal qualities:
  • Dynamic, rigorous, and organized.
  • Good listening skills and ease in communication with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to synthesize information and work methodically.
  • Good interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit.
