About the position and team

You will be part of the Corporate Human Resources team, whose mission is to strengthen talent management within the organization through the execution of key processes, the coordination of training and development initiatives, and support for HR Business Partners. Its main objective is to boost operational efficiency and contribute to the personal and professional growth of employees, aligning the area's strategies with TelevisaUnivision's organizational objectives.

In addition, the team promotes a culture of continuous learning, effective communication, and innovation in Human Resources processes, through projects that integrate digital tools, collaboration between areas, and significant development experiences.

About you

As a Corporate Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR Business Partners team in the planning, execution, and follow-up of key initiatives in the area. You will contribute to strengthening talent management, training, and organizational development processes, fostering efficiency, internal communication, and continuous improvement.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Support in updating and tracking reports, indicators, and databases for the Human Resources area.
