About the position and team.

The personnel movements area is responsible for managing and coordinating a company's internal tasks, including payroll and personnel management, gaining professional experience. Its activities include document management, record and file maintenance, and support in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.

About you

As a Human Resources Intern in the personnel movements area, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in the incorporation into the work environment of personnel administration as support in the functions of the area, strengthening your skills in research, analysis, communication, and administrative management.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Validation of high movements.
• Validation of personal data.
• Sending movements according to their location.
• Support in file control.
• Integration and digitization of files.

Requirements

• Active student of a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
• Interest in developing your professional career in the Sales area.
• Availability to perform your social service or professional practices in person at Televisa San Ángel.
