The personnel movements area is responsible for managing and coordinating a company's internal tasks, including payroll and personnel management, gaining professional experience. Its activities include document management, record and file maintenance, and support in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.
As a Human Resources Intern in the personnel movements area, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in the incorporation into the work environment of personnel administration as support in the functions of the area, strengthening your skills in research, analysis, communication, and administrative management.
