Job Description

CRB Workforce is seeking an Identity Access Management Engineer for a contract role, with two open positions. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day IAM operations on existing platforms like Ping and SailPoint, implement and configure new IAM platforms including EntraID, and build and maintain system integrations. Responsibilities also include automating provisioning workflows, defining RBAC and access policies, collaborating with security teams, and providing guidance on new platforms. Remote work is available, with a preference for candidates in Salt Lake City, UT.

Must Have:

Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms: Ping, SailPoint, EntraID preferred
Experience building and troubleshooting integrations using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
Familiarity with cloud identity and directory services, specifically Azure / EntraID
Strong understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and access policy design
Experience scripting or automating IAM tasks (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
Ability to support both day-to-day IAM operations (KLO work) and new platform implementations
Understanding of authentication and authorization workflows across hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)

Must have skills:

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day IAM operations on existing platforms (Ping, SailPoint, custom Java apps)
Implement and configure new IAM platforms, including EntraID and future Identity Fabric solutions
Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
Automate provisioning and deprovisioning workflows using scripting or APIs
Define and implement RBAC, access policies, and identity lifecycle processes
Collaborate with Security Operations and application teams to ensure secure access practices
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on new platforms
Support troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities
