To own, lead and drive change management to enable Institutional Client Services to provide the enhanced day to day service expected by the institutional population and our clients. Being the ICS product owner Institutional Investor and key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders for the customization and onboarding of Clients.

What You Will Get to Do:
To be the Institutional Investor product owner and relationship manager for the customisation and onboarding of Clients and their investors.
To be the technical / business lead on all institutional migration projects including owning all communications, overseeing the data analysis, and understanding the resulting business process.
Develop and maintain the ongoing support process for live institutional investor clients including the incident management of any IT escalations.
Working closely with ICS Manager to ensure consistent improvement, development and efficiencies in ICS by collaborating on the ICS Roadmap for Institutional Investor and day to day client service.
To provide technical and Institutional Client Services specific business consultancy on new requirements throughout the life of assigned projects.
To interrogate business and technical facts/data to consider impacts on the Institutional Client Services department and its clients.
To communicate effectively to the Institutional Client Services teams to validate understanding of the impact of any change. Oversee the run book to ensure procedures and training have been considered and are in place where appropriate
To attend & chair workshops/meetings on behalf of Institutional Client Services with both internal and external parties.
To own the relationship with SS&C project managers for any delivery that impacts Institutional Client Services or where Institutional Client Services are the sponsor to discuss client requirements/ expectations, timelines and constraints.
To liaise with key business areas to support the integration for any Institutional Investor Client with SS&C ensuring appropriate testing is completed, accurate output is received, reviewed and any faults are corrected, retested and new output provided through to sign off.
To provide post project implementation support to Institutional Client Services BAU and Relationship Management.
To provide accurate and timely information to internal and external parties (including clients) regarding progress of project deliverables.
To seek and encourage continual improvement to meet or exceed the needs of Institutional Services clients and the department.
To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
