PwC is seeking a Senior Associate Java Backend Developer for their Advisory Corporate Advisory team in Pune. This role involves providing consulting services for various business applications, optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. The ideal candidate will drive product features from design to production, work in an agile Scrum environment, and develop interactive, clean, secure, and efficient solutions.
Must Have
- Drive product features from design inception, development, QA testing to production, ensuring high quality.
- Work in a highly agile Scrum-based process model.
- Write and test interactive, clean, secure, and efficient solutions.
- 3-6 years of hands-on work experience as a developer.
- Very strong concepts and programming skills in Java and JS.
- Experience in Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to develop creative solutions.
- Good familiarity with Windows/Mac/Unix operating systems and development tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork capabilities, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-managed, responsive, self-motivated, upbeat, and a fast learner.
Good to Have
- Understanding and good experience on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Understanding of CI/CD and Maven for builds.

Responsibilities:
