Job Summary
We are a 25-person startup reimagining supply-chain automation with a focus on improving cross-company collaboration and work processes in an industry that heavily relies on email, PDF, and Excel. Our no-code collaboration platform aims to simplify process management for businesses. We are seeking a customer-obsessed individual passionate about solving big problems and building a strong user community. The role involves working with engineers and product managers to verify application functionality, create and execute testing plans, identify and report bugs, and review product specifications. You will learn and understand customer supply chain and manufacturing processes to propose system solutions. This is a flexible, remote role with industry-leading compensation and benefits.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, or Engineering
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
- Passion and curiosity for system applications
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Comfort with technology and problem-solving
- Proven collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
Good to Have
- Six sigma certification or demonstrable lean manufacturing experience

Job Description
We are looking for someone who has:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or related field
- 0-2 Years of Experience - Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering or similar
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, tactful, and practical manner.
- Passion and curiosity for system applications
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Six sigma certification or demonstrable lean manufacturing experience is a plus
- Comfort with technology and an interest in problem-solving with startup-level resources a Must
- Proven collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
What you will do:
- Work alongside engineers, product managers and customer success team to verify application functionality, usability and scalability.
- Create and execute software system validation and testing plans to ensure the application meets the specifications.
- Identify, document, and report system bugs and performance issues.
- Review product specification, FAQ, and documentation for accuracy.
- Participate in cross-functional team bug bash sessions. Test user interface and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Learn and understand the customer supply chain and manufacturing processes, problems, needs, and objectives and propose systems solutions to meet their requirements.
