Buscamos un Ingeniero Industrial altamente motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo en la administración de los Especialistas de Operación y Servicio. Este rol es clave para mantener la comunicación entre diversas áreas y asegurar la eficiencia en nuestros procesos.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Administrar y coordinar a los Especialistas de Operación y Servicio.
  • Mantener contacto constante con las áreas de contabilidad, finanzas, ingresos y operaciones.
  • Dar seguimiento a los convenios de recuperación hasta su firma y revisar las facturas en relación con los ingresos y convenios.
  • Reportar mensualmente los cruces de información a nivel local y global.
  • Realizar presentaciones ejecutivas y dar seguimiento a las encuestas de satisfacción de los clientes.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Licenciatura en administración, ingeniería industrial o afín.
  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia en el sector de seguros de beneficios, vida, GMM, GMm y planes flexibles.
  • Conocimientos intermedios a avanzados en Excel (tablas dinámicas y fórmulas).
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Habilidades intermedias en PowerPoint.

Lo que te hace destacar:

  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos (project management) y capacidad para identificar cuellos de botella en los procesos.
  • Habilidades en el uso de Power BI y Vizio.
  • Atención al detalle en la descripción de actividades y capacidad para redactar procedimientos y manuales.
  • Habilidades organizativas, autonomía, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
