Job Description

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms. We’re looking for a talented Influencer Manager to join our Marketing Innovation team. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and negotiating with influencers across social platforms, building long-term partnerships, and monitoring campaign execution. The manager will also plan, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns aligned with KPIs, and analyze performance data to pivot strategies for growth.
Must Have:

  • Knowledge in social platforms & influencer landscape
  • Skilled in relationship-building, recruitment & negotiation
  • Data-driven with analytical mindset
  • Familiarity with measurement & analytical platforms

  • Identify, recruit, and negotiate with influencers across social platforms (IG/FB,YouTube, TikTok, Twitch).
  • Negotiate, build and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor content & campaigns execution, create briefs.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams, in-house and external vendors.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns aligned with KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data, apply insights, and pivot strategies for growth.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, project management, or sales in Tech.
  • Native English, strong written & verbal communication.
  • Knowledge in social platforms & influencer landscape.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects & tasks.
  • Proactive, independent, solution-oriented.
  • Skilled in relationship-building, recruitment & negotiation.
  • Data-driven with analytical mindset, able to optimize campaignsaccordingly to performance.
  • Familiarity with measurement & analytical platforms.
