We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (Influencing) for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

• Analytics, optimization, and automation of processes;
• Daily communication with creators via WA;
• Models Launch;
• Communication with the team in Slack;
• Payments via ERP.

We expect from you:

• Proficiency in Business & Finance Tools – Experience with ERP (invoicing, financial operations) and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis);
• Project & Team Management Skills – Experience in using of Slack, Jira, and internal systems (BI Systems or similar) for coordination, task tracking, and sprint planning;
• Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and visualize insights using analytics platforms such as Superset;
• Emotional Intelligence & Communication – Active listening, empathy, and the ability to understand diverse personalities while maintaining trust and strong relationships;
• Crisis Management & Problem-Solving – Staying calm under pressure, addressing issues with creativity and speed, and ensuring smooth operations in challenging situations;
• Collaboration & Adaptability – Skilled at working across teams (marketing, legal, operations), building consensus, and adjusting strategies to different markets, cultures, and feedback;
• English&Russian C1+

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
