The Information Update Analyst is responsible for managing updates through the different tools defined by the company for this purpose, thereby providing support and assistance to the various stakeholders involved (Clients, control entities, and data subjects) in the update process.
Likewise, they are responsible for providing support to entities regarding update files, quality processes, and support for different reporting applications such as Facilidad and Information Exchange (ST).
Deliverables:
1. Provide Support and Advice to subscriber entities on information reporting and quality processes.
2. Maintenance and monitoring of the update of the different subscriber entities.
3. Provide support and advice to subscriber entities on the proper handling of the Facilidat and Information Exchange application.
4. Manage for subscriber entities to update information monthly through the Facilidat or Information Exchange tool.
5. Execute quality process requests from subscriber entities.
6. Conduct and attend meetings with subscriber entities.
7. Analyze and verify escalated cases to process investigations of records, clients, and events.
8. Guarantee the registration and follow-up of cases on authorized platforms, with the required quality within the terms established in the process.
9. Handle escalations made to the team and generate responses according to the protocol defined for each process.
10. Manage and achieve assigned area goals.
