Must Have
- Completed IT-related Bachelor's or diploma degree with good grades (2.5 or better)
- Meet admission requirements for a Master's program at UHH, FH Wedel, or HAW
- Prior knowledge in an object-oriented scripting or programming language (e.g., Java, C#, PHP)
- Affinity for software development, demonstrated through personal projects
- Very good English skills, written and spoken

As part of the InnoMaster Software Development program, you will study part-time at the University of Hamburg, Wedel University of Applied Sciences, or Hamburg University of Applied Sciences for an accredited Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Development, and we will cover the costs! In parallel, you will gain valuable practical professional experience in various areas of software development and can directly apply your theoretical knowledge. In addition to responsible tasks and a fixed appropriate remuneration, we offer you participation in training (in your field, programming languages, or soft skills) and support for your further career planning.
The InnoMaster Software Development program is designed for approximately three years with a weekly working time of 25 hours during semesters and 40 hours per week during lecture-free periods. For further questions regarding the part-time study program, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Your Skillset
- Bachelor. You have completed your IT-related Bachelor's or diploma degree with good grades (average 2.5 or better).
- Admission requirements. You meet the admission requirements of your desired degree program at the University of Hamburg (UHH), Wedel University of Applied Sciences (FH Wedel) or Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW).
- Programming languages. You have prior knowledge in an object-oriented scripting or programming language (e.g., Java, C# or PHP).
- Software development. You have an affinity for software development, which is demonstrated in your personal software projects.
- Soft skills. You enjoy working independently, show a high degree of initiative, have strong team orientation and quick comprehension.
- English. Our corporate language is English. You look forward to using your very good English skills daily in spoken and written form.
