What you will do: 
Inside Sales will be responsible for renewals, upselling / cross selling opportunities, prospecting & identifying net new. The position will be responsible for New Pipeline generation within set organizations, 360-degree sales and building relationships with a set of existing customers. Building relationships with a set of existing customers. You will support the assigned Regional Account Manager(s) (RAM) or / and Named Account Manager(s) (NAM) during the full sales life cycle by positioning Forescout in direct customer engagements, managing pricing and configurations, involving channel partners, while working closely aligned with RAM(s)/ NAM(s). 
 
  • Managing success of Renewal business
  • Install base owner: providing assets & entitlements
  • SFDC Forecast hygiene and accuracy
  • Sales support for the Regional / Named Account Manager in region
  • Manage pricing, packaging configurations and processes
  • Prospect and build strong qualified pipeline within a set of net new accounts, Work closely with Marketing, Channel and fully aligned with your Regional Account Managers.
  • Follow up with Marketing Leads and other requests for both Net New and Existing accounts, such as: support with events, webinars, digital.
  • Outbound prospecting into net new accounts to generate qualified pipeline
  • Customer success and support management within allocated set of accounts
  • Identify up-sell opportunities through the customer success and net new pipeline generation to maximize revenue generation
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Manager, partners and distributors to qualify submitted Deal Registrations and support them through the full sales process, such as: Territory and account mapping, Stakeholder access route and reference/ introduction; Training and TD.
  • Create and keep up to date a territory plan for assigned RAM accounts: plan of outreach to NNL
  • Business partner for the core and outside Sales Team by managing the day-to-day business: deal requests, opportunities, evaluations, pipeline forecasting, purchase order submission
  • Trusted advisor for customers, distributor, and reseller partner
  • Sales support for the Regional / Named Account Manager in region
  • Manage pricing, packaging configurations and processes 
What You Bring to ForeScout: 
  • 4 year related undergraduate degree or a combination of 2-4- years related experience
  • Fluent English and French are essential
  • Excellent Computer skills in Excel (pivots, formulas, charts, graphs), PowerPoint and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately under severe time constraints and pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be a self-starter, detail oriented, Product and application knowledge as well as an understanding of the bid process
  • Experience with the Commercial sales and ideally is already exposed to ForeScout's solutions or equivalent solutions
  • Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player and proactive personality
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company
