Must Have
- Manage inbound calls and assist customers with hotel reservations, changes and cancellations.
- Deliver accurate information on hotel offerings, policies and local attractions.
- Resolve customer issues and special requests with care, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM and contact center systems.
- Support operational goals through quality, efficiency and service excellence.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, contact centers or customer service roles.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese due to clientele profile, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume call environments with professionalism.
- Strong customer focus with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Work conditions
- Scheduled work hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., across a 5-day work week.
- Includes at least 1 working day on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
- 2 rest days are provided each week.
- Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office per week.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet business needs.
