- Video capture & creation of educational content
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly / brazing
- Observe mechanical assembly operations of brazed, welded sub-assemblies
- Compare operations performed with operating procedures (existing instruction sheets, measurement record sheets)
- Integrate exploded views of assemblies into instruction sheets to make them more readable and visual
- Verify tooling referencing compliance, potentially creating operational maintenance processes
- Master field observations & operational audits
- Possess writing and synthesis skills for drafting and formatting instruction sheets
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM for exploded views and plan reading

YOUR MISSIONS:
Within a traveling wave tube assembly workshop, you will carry out the following missions under the supervision of the sector manager (Methods/Process):
- Observe mechanical assembly operations of brazed, welded sub-assemblies;
- Compare operations performed with operating procedures (existing instruction sheets, measurement record sheets);
- Integrate exploded views of assemblies into instruction sheets to make these sheets more readable and visual;
- Verify tooling referencing compliance, potentially creating operational maintenance processes;
- Film operational gestures if necessary.
YOUR PROFILE:
Do you have the ambition to develop new skills within a large international group?
Do you have good interpersonal skills and are proactive in improving practices and processes?
Are rigor, autonomy, proactivity, and teamwork recognized strengths?
Are you preparing a BAC+1 to BAC+3 with a specialization in physical measurements / mechanics and are you looking for a 2 to 3 month internship starting in January?
You master:
- Field observations & operational audits;
- Writing and synthesis skills for drafting and formatting instruction sheets;
- CAD/CAM for exploded views and plan reading.
It's a plus if you have basics in:
- Video capture & creation of educational content;
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly / brazing.
