Description -
Support the CSR team in executing End customer, Distribution and Retail order operations, backlog management, and customer engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience in the Lead-to-Cash process and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily order management operations, including order entry, validation, and tracking using SAP S/4HANA.
- Assist with monitoring and resolving order processing issues, working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance).
- Participate in data analysis and reporting activities related to order status, backlogs, and fulfillment KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including documentation and testing of new SAP functionalities or enhancements.
- Help ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to project discussions and operational reviews.
Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or order-to-cash processes is a plus.
- Interest or prior exposure to ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective communication, collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
- Effective English communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
