Job Description

Support the CSR team in executing End customer, Distribution and Retail order operations, backlog management, and customer engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience in the Lead-to-Cash process and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Good To Have:
  • Basic understanding of supply chain or order-to-cash processes
  • Interest or prior exposure to ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA
  • Spanish communication skills
Must Have:
  • Support daily order management operations, including order entry, validation, and tracking using SAP S/4HANA.
  • Assist with monitoring and resolving order processing issues, working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance).
  • Participate in data analysis and reporting activities related to order status, backlogs, and fulfillment KPIs.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including documentation and testing of new SAP functionalities or enhancements.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to project discussions and operational reviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Effective communication, collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Effective English communication skills.

  • Support daily order management operations, including order entry, validation, and tracking using SAP S/4HANA.

Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain or order-to-cash processes is a plus.
  • Interest or prior exposure to ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Effective communication, collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Effective English communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
