This internship supports the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team for VAR and Public Sector in Brazil, offering hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, and digital tools. Responsibilities include managing customer requests (quotes, deals, orders), maintaining partner portals, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, participating in stakeholder meetings, improving ISR workflows for government contracts, and monitoring operational metrics for optimization.
Must Have
- Assist in managing customer requests, including quote generation, deal creation, and order tracking.
- Support ISR team in maintaining and updating partner portals with accurate product, pricing, and customer data.
- Help coordinate with PBMs/BDMs, Pre-Sales, CSR, and Bid Desk to resolve customer issues and ensure SLA compliance.
- Participate in meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to follow up on operational tasks and escalations.
- Contribute to the documentation and improvement of ISR workflows, especially for government contracts and VAR-specific processes.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics and identify areas for process optimization.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in public sector operations, sales support, and partner ecosystems.
- Effective communication, collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
- Effective English communication skills.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Dynamics, Salesforce, or SAP.
- Spanish communication skills.

This internship offers hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, and digital tools, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of HP’s indirect sales channels.
