This internship in Project Buying, starting January/February 2026, is a full-time, 6-month mandatory internship in Stuttgart. You will support the purchasing team with operational and administrative project tasks, coordinate correspondence, and work on strategic and operational purchasing projects. You will also be involved in creating, revising, and documenting purchasing-related topics, interact with suppliers and service providers, and learn to create orders using SAP. Candidates should be enrolled students in a technical, economic, or commercial field, possess fast learning ability, communicate fluently in English and German, be self-motivated, structured, and organized. Experience in purchasing or production and proficiency in MS Office and MAC programs are beneficial.

WHAT YOU DO
- You support the purchasing team with operational and administrative project tasks and help with coordination and correspondence
- You will work on projects in both strategic and operational purchasing
- During your internship, you will be involved in the creation, revision, and documentation of purchasing-relevant topics and will have initial contact with suppliers and service providers
- You will learn to create orders using SAP software
- The internship in purchasing is a full-time internship, limited to 6 months
For the mandatory internship, you will receive a remuneration of 800 €/month. In addition, you will receive a subsidy of 40 €/month for a benefit of your choice (digital meal vouchers or travel expenses).
WHO YOU ARE
- For the internship, you are an enrolled student from the technical, economic, or commercial field
- Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in purchasing or production
- You have a fast learning ability, master communication in English and German, possess self-motivation as well as a structured way of working and self-organization to create outstanding work
- For the internship in purchasing, you are familiar with the use of MS Office and MAC programs
