The IT Business Analyst will act as a liaison between the customer and the software development team, documenting functional, system, and process requirements. This includes gathering requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, and site visits to understand client needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group are essential. The position involves assisting with various projects, managing work streams, and requires a Systems BA background, with experience in EHR or Revenue Cycle Systems being beneficial but not mandatory. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days a week on-site, with potential adjustments based on business needs.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience

- Experience with EHR or Revenue Cycle Systems (helpful)

Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a contract scenario.
Duties:
Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years
• Systems/IT BA will assist with various projects and manage some of the work streams.
• IT BA but more Systems BA. Not IT BA is required but Systems BA is required and understanding how this works.
• Any exp with EHR (electronic health records) and/or Revenue Cycle System (this would be helpful but not required).
• Shift: 8am-5pm
• Hybrid position: Must be available to be onsite min 3 days a week. This can change in the future more to accommodate the business need

Duties:
- Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements.
- Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.
- Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
