Must Have

Completed HBO or WO education
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Process Analyst, (IT) Consultant or Functional Administrator within government organizations or municipalities
Extensive knowledge of decentralizations, transformation, and underlying systems/information provision
Affinity with IT and ability to translate process optimizations into IT adjustments
Decisive, self-starter, customer-oriented, and collaborative
Proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken

Good to Have

BCS diploma/certification in business analysis

Job Description

As an IT Business Consultant at Devoteam, you will carry out various consultancy assignments for our clients in the public sector. In this role, you are an expert in IT, applications, and environments within the government. We primarily focus on process optimizations using optimal information provision and standardization of message traffic. We work with independent administrative bodies, municipalities, and their chain partners.

Preferably, we work in small teams of fellow consultants with various specializations. We do not deliver standard solutions but focus on inefficiencies and how to eliminate them. The approach is entrepreneurial, directly value-adding, and short-cycle. Often preceded by mapping the existing situation and POV/POC trajectories.

Job Requirements

Completed HBO or WO education;
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Process Analyst, (IT) Consultant or Functional Administrator within (national) executive government organizations or municipalities;
Extensive knowledge of decentralizations and transformation and the underlying systems and information provision;
Affinity with IT and conceptually able to translate process optimizations into IT adjustments;
You are decisive and a self-starter, customer-oriented and collaborative;
Naturally, you are very proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken;
For this position, a BCS diploma/certification in business analysis is an important plus.
