Job Description

Your future team

You will join the team responsible for the migration of a new business tool under the supervision of Carole, Activity Manager.

As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the migration and deployment of a business tool. Your close collaboration with business teams and development teams is essential. You will also play a key role in facilitating digital transformation by working according to the Agile methodology.

Your main missions are:

• Structure and manage the tool migration with efficiency.
• Draft an engagement document to validate the deployment modalities of the new tool.
• Create and innovatively implement project-related indicators to guide progress.
• Skillfully manage budgets, KPIs, project quality, as well as risks.
• Accompany teams with guidance through transformative changes, embracing each step of the journey.

Qualifications

Prerequisites for success:

• With a Bac+5 degree (engineering, business school, or university), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management (maîtrise d’ouvrage).
• Experience in the energy sector is required.
• You have good knowledge of the Industrial sector, you are autonomous and demonstrate good communication skills as well as proficiency in various tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI.
