IT Support Intern

We are looking for part-time or intern personnel. In the Appier work environment, you will learn and grow with the IT professional team, jointly assisting in resolving IT operational issues and supporting daily IT tasks. You will be exposed to SaaS products, equipment management, and enterprise networks, practicing high-quality IT support services through teamwork.

Must Have

• Install and maintain computer equipment
• Maintain conference room equipment
• Manage computer assets
• Solve user computer and system problems
• Troubleshoot network anomalies
• Possess computer repair and troubleshooting knowledge
• Possess basic network knowledge
• Be patient in problem-solving
• Able to work 2-4 days a week
