Job Summary
As an Enterprise Solutions Sales at Appier, you will lead the entire sales cycle for Appier's AI-powered SaaS solutions, including AIQUA, BotBonnie, AIRIS, and AdCreative.ai, targeting enterprise clients in the Japanese market. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding them in leveraging AI to transform their marketing, data, and customer experience strategies. This role involves both new business development and expanding strategic accounts.
Must Have

Role Overview
As an Enterprise Solutions Sales at Appier, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the full sales cycle of Appier’s SaaS platforms—AIQUA, BotBonnie, AIRIS and AdCreative.ai across Japan’s enterprise market.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them leverage AI to transform their marketing, data, and customer experience strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and needs discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Advise and present to C-level executives, identifying and articulating how Appier’s AI-driven solutions address complex business and marketing challenges.
- Develop and expand strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term success and maximizing product adoption across multiple business units.
- Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline, delivering consistent performance against revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, CSM, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver seamless client experiences and ensure successful solution implementation.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients to drive sustainable account growth.
- Represent Appier as a thought leader, contributing insights on AI, data strategy, and digital transformation to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, including experience selling enterprise SaaS or working in the AI/MarTech domain
- A strong sense of ownership and self-motivation; a self-starter who can drive initiatives independently
- High interest in and willingness to learn new technologies such as AI, data platforms, and marketing automation
- A growth mindset, able to embrace change and continuously take on new challenges (Faster Learner)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external teams
- A passion for leveraging AI to transform the market and deliver value to customers
- Japanese: Native or Business level (Must to have.)
- English: Business proficiency (Good to have, not a must)
