Job Description

We provide and support systems for air traffic management and protection, working in a modern architectural setting to push technological boundaries. As an IVVQ Processes, Methods and Tools Support Role, you will prepare and execute tests, including module, program, and individual software component unit tests. You will define integration trees, develop test automation software, provide investigation support, identify test equipment, plan and control IVVQ activities, define validation scenarios, and lead client demonstrations.
Must Have:
  • Engineering degree (BAC +5) in Electronics, Aeronautics/Space, or IT.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Testing, Integration, Verification, Validation.
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative work ethic.
  • Analytical and synthetic thinking skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to handle diverse and complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of engineering project management principles.

WHO ARE YOU?

PROFILE:

You are a graduate of an engineering school (Electronics, Aeronautics/Space, IT, etc.) or a university program with a Master 2 (BAC +5) and have significant and proven experience (3 to 5 years) in the following areas: Testing, Integration, Verification, Validation.

You have team spirit and enjoy collaborative work.

You have a deep understanding of engineering project management principles.

WHAT WE CAN DO TOGETHER:

As an "IVVQ Processes, Methods and Tools Support Role" at Thales, you will be responsible for preparing and executing tests according to the strategy given by the IVVQ Manager and:

  • Perform tests of individual software component modules, programs, or units.
  • Define the step-by-step integration tree in coherence with the system release plan.
  • Develop/deploy/maintain software that performs or supports test activities such as test management, test design, test execution, and results verification.
  • Provide investigation support for a staging or SIL environment using software or hardware tools.
  • Identify standard or specialized test equipment and any special calibration requirements for each test activity.
  • Plan, estimate, monitor, and control IVVQ activities.
  • Identify the necessary means (enabling system) to validate the solution, then define operational scenarios and validation criteria to objectively assess the solution's compliance.
  • Satisfy client expectations.
  • Prepare test campaigns, execute tests, and analyze results.
  • Write and update documentation for integration and verification test procedures.
  • Lead the demonstration to the end client.
