Jr Account Executive

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Jr Account Executive for its account teams. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, managing internal timelines for campaign execution, setting objectives, and supervising project stages from end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts with 360 campaigns, including audiovisual production, and be familiar with digital platforms like Facebook, IG, Tiktok, and Google. Strong analytical, leadership, teamwork, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Must Have

• Ensure excellence in customer service

Job Description

On this occasion, we are looking for an Account Executive for our account teams.

Responsibilities

• Among your main responsibilities will be:
• Guaranteeing excellence in customer service, being your maximum responsibility.
• Management and organization of internal times, executions and implementation of campaigns and promotional initiatives for the account.
• Problem-solving ability to establish objectives and priorities.
• Familiar with the operation of digital platforms such as Facebook, IG, Tiktok, Google, among others.
• Project management to execute them E2E.
• Supervise all stages of the process necessary to provide optimal service to our client.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the accounts area with experience in 360 campaigns, including audiovisual production processes.
• Analytical ability.
• Leadership and teamwork.
• The position requires a person with attention to detail and organized, with good communication and commitment.
