Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Media Supervisor, with a focus on performance, app campaign management, and team support for a highly results-oriented client. The role requires technical proficiency, organization, analytical skills, and strategic vision to ensure correct campaign implementation, quality of deliveries, and evolution of internal processes. The person will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the team, organizing routines, monitoring media results, interacting with the global team, and ensuring campaigns achieve goals such as downloads, reservations, and business KPIs.
Must Have
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search and Apps), and TikTok Ads
- Experience with implementation, optimization, and analysis of performance campaigns
- Familiarity with analytical tools like Google Analytics
- Experience with planning, organization, and standardization of processes
- Experience with digital clients and business-oriented goals
- Previous experience in digital media
- Completed graduation in related areas (Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Administration, etc.)
- Meta Ads certification and Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
- Intermediate English for reports and global team communication

- Knowledge of DV360
- Experience with campaign auditing for different countries and multiple time zones

Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Media Supervisor, with a focus on performance, app campaign management, and team support for a highly results-oriented client. The role requires technical proficiency, organization, analytical skills, and strategic vision to ensure correct campaign implementation, quality of deliveries, and evolution of internal processes.
The person will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the team, organizing routines still under construction, monitoring media results, interacting with the global team, and ensuring that campaigns achieve goals such as downloads, reservations, and business KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the team of coordinators and assistants.
- Ensure quality of deliveries and organization of media processes.
- Implement, optimize, and monitor digital campaigns, especially for Apps.
- Act in the planning and standardization of routines, reports, and audits.
- Participate in client meetings and support the manager in global deliveries.
- Monitor results and ensure campaigns achieve performance goals.
- Conduct audits and monitor campaigns in different markets (Americas).
- Integrate with planning, creative, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search and Apps), and TikTok Ads.
- Experience with implementation, optimization, and analysis of performance campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytical tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with planning, organization, and standardization of processes.
- Experience with digital clients and business-oriented goals.
- Knowledge of DV360 is a plus.
- Experience with campaign auditing for different countries and multiple time zones is desirable.
- Previous experience in digital media.
