Must Have

  • Research, preparation, and active participation in all phases of professional consulting projects.
  • Support in preparing and conducting workshops.
  • Consulting and collaboration with clients (from all industries, of all sizes).
  • Gradual assumption of (sub)project areas.
  • Active shaping of strategies and HR topics.
  • Continuous development through learning and openness.

Good to Have

  • Successfully completed Master's degree (Business Administration, Project and Process Management, Psychology, Business Informatics or similar with a focus on HR)
  • First practical experience in a consulting environment (e.g., internships)
  • Very good analytical skills and affinity for technical data processing and evaluation
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs, especially PowerPoint
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, and willingness to travel
  • Customer orientation and strong communication skills
