Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Junior E-Commerce Manager (all genders) for our team in Stuttgart. You will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of our B2B online shop, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support. You will also contribute to the development of shop design and digital processes. We are looking for someone with a degree in economics, initial experience in e-commerce or project management, and strong organizational and communication skills in German and English.

WHAT YOU DO
- In your role as Junior E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of our B2B online shop for one of our clients.
- You will be responsible for the entire order processing and inventory management of the material shop and will process orders, reorders, cancellations, and returns.
- You will take over customer support and ensure customer satisfaction within the framework of Customer Success Management.
- You will regularly coordinate with our internal departments such as logistics, production, and graphics, manage the price and content management of the material shop, and maintain the current status list.
- You will drive the further development of our shop design and digital processes with your ideas and creative solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a completed degree in economics, ideally in fields such as business administration, e-commerce, international business, or digital business.
- You bring initial professional experience in e-commerce or project management, also in the form of internships or student trainee activities.
- You are characterized by an independent and reliable way of working.
- You work in an organized and solution-oriented manner and have a passion for innovation and digitalization.
- You are confident in customer contact in German and English.
