Junior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a professional to act as a Junior Financial Analyst, responsible for supporting the company's financial routines with a focus on control, analysis, and support to the involved areas. This role is essential to ensure the integrity of financial processes and contribute to strategic decision-making. The work involves operational and analytical activities, with interaction between areas such as accounting, treasury, financial planning, and internal service, always with attention to deadlines, quality, and compliance with company policies. ### Main Responsibilities * Support bank reconciliation, control of accounts payable and receivable * Perform accounting entries and classifications in financial systems * Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial indicators * Contribute to monthly accounting closing and variance analysis * Support internal and external audits with organization of documents and information * Interact with internal areas to clarify doubts and ensure the correct flow of financial information * Participate in process review and identification of improvement opportunities ### Required Skills * Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related areas * Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP or similar desirable) * Good communication and organization * Attention to detail and analytical profile * Proactivity, sense of responsibility and teamwork
