Motorola Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong, lasting client relationships in the Middle East. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to expanding existing accounts, and acting as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, achieving targets, strategic account planning, new business development, and demonstrating expertise in the company's product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of sales experience in IT or defense, be fluent in English and Arabic, and possess a proven track record in public safety, defense, and transportation segments.
Good To Have:
  • Desirable sales experience in neighboring countries, in the Middle East or Levant area
  • Prior experience in public safety and/or the military
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
  • Create and implement detailed strategic plans for key accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for accounts
  • Cultivate strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's full portfolio of products and solutions
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition and conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
  • Provide regular, reliable sales forecasts to management
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales in similar roles in the IT or defense industry
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Proven track record delivering good results and projects within the public safety, defense and transportation segment
  • Accountability and planning in forecasting accurately

Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new opportunities to nurturing and expanding existing accounts. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging our full portfolio of solutions to solve their unique challenges and help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Create and implement detailed strategic plans for key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for both new and existing accounts. Cultivate strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Portfolio Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our company's full portfolio of products and solutions. Effectively articulate the value proposition and conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system and provide regular, reliable sales forecasts to management.

Basic Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales in similar roles in the IT or defense industry.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Desirable sales experience in neighboring countries, in the Middle East or Levant area.
  • Proven track record delivering good results and projects within the public safety, defense and transportation segment.
  • Accountability and planning in forecasting accurately.

Prior experience in public safety and/or the military is considered a significant asset.

This role involves frequent regional travel.
