- Understanding of SaaS subscription models and video technology solutions.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability for some travel as needed.

Job Description
As a Small Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and renewing relationships with existing small business clients. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, drive contract renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for technology. You’ll Get To:
- Own the renewal process for a portfolio of small business accounts.
- Proactively engage clients ahead of renewal dates to ensure continuity of service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients in your portfolio.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
- Identify and recommend additional products or features that add value to the client.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to execute growth strategies.
- Track usage and engagement metrics to anticipate potential churn risks.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates on renewal status and forecast to management.
What You’ll Need:

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$95,000.00 - $95,000.00
