What will you do? 🔧
- Monitor client infrastructures, enhance alerting policies and promptly react to issues.
- Diagnose root causes of technical problems and implement long-term fixes.
- Deploy Revolgy services for new customers and recommend improvements for existing setups.
- Drive the development of internal services, ensuring they remain modern and effective.
- Collaborate with customers and provider counterparts to integrate best practices and new technologies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolutions.
- Work with internal teams to share insights, resolve incidents, and improve overall service quality.
What You Bring 🎯
3-4 years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or similar role.
Must-Haves:
- Strong proficiency with AWS services.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Solid skills in a scripting language like Python or Go.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Relevant AWS certifications (DevOps, Solutions Architect, etc.).
