Job Summary

Interns will partner and navigate through FICO's different internal groups to provide overall support, analytical reports, and data quality control, working with innovative technologies on important projects.

Must Have

  • Partner and navigate through FICO different internal groups (TI, Pre-sales, Sales, Support, Product, Finance, Accounting, etc.)
  • Provide overall support to teams around the globe
  • Provide analytical reports and data quality control to support management decisions
  • Work with innovative technologies as part of important, highly visible projects
  • Build relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
  • Entry level to senior students of Software Engineering/IT, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing/Design, Project Management, or related programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, priority setting, timing, and flexibility
  • Highly self-motivated and current on technology trends
  • Curiosity to learn and grow your skills
  • Believes in teamwork and thrives on exceeding expectations

Good to Have

  • Microsoft Office savvy
  • Excel and PPT presentation experience
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish

What You’ll Contribute

  • Interns will partner and navigate through FICO different internal groups (TI, Pre-sales, Sales, Support, Product, Finance, Accounting, etc.) to provide overall support to teams around the globe.
  • Provide analytical reports and data quality control to support management decisions throughout the business.
  • Work with innovative technologies as part of important, highly visible projects.
  • Build relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from senior executives to support desk.

What We’re Seeking

  • Entry level to senior students of Software Engineering/IT (last year of univerity), Business Administration, Economics, Marketing/Design, Project Management, or related programs.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities and to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, priority setting, timing, and flexibility.
  • Microsoft Office savvy, Excel and PPT presentation experience desirable.
  • Highly self-motivated and current on technology trends.
  • Curiosity to learn and grow your skills, believes in teamwork and thrives on exceeding expectations.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish highly desirable.
