Job Description

Sabre is seeking a Lead in Account Management for their global travel agencies team in South Korea. This role involves supporting key commercial initiatives, providing sales and operational support to travel agency customers and a JV partner. The Lead will manage account operations, track performance, act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate engagement activities with sales and marketing. The position requires strategic thinking and agility within the dynamic travel industry.

As a Lead in Account Management (부장), you will support the delivery of key commercial initiatives and provide critical sales and operational support across our travel agency customer base and JV partner in South Korea. You will serve as a trusted resource for account teams, collaborate across functions and drive consistency in customer engagement. This role requires strategic thinking, agility and the ability to navigate a dynamic travel industry landscape with confidence and ownership.

Preferred qualifications and education

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, customer operations or commercial support within the travel industry.
  • Deep understanding of the travel agency ecosystem and market dynamics in South Korea.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders with agility.
  • Strong data, reporting and communication skills to support business planning.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred.
