Job Description
We are looking for an artist who can lead all aspects of 3DCG background production for new or existing projects.
- Production progress management for the background section and liaison with other sections
- Background production in line with game play (background model creation, layout, lighting)
- Various quality controls
- Establishing background production flows and basic specifications (mainly for new projects)
- Liaison with external partners, etc.

Required Skills
Essential Experience
- 3+ years of practical experience in consumer or mobile games
Welcome Experience
- Experience as a background section leader, or similar achievements
- Ability to lead expression verification and specification formulation in collaboration with planners and engineers
- Experience in asset creation using ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Substance Designer
- Practical experience in a series of processes from background model creation to layout and lighting
- Technical knowledge and experience in background production (PBR, level design, lighting, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of natural objects and architecture
- Experience in negotiation and quality checks with external partners
- Practical experience in world-building, concept art, prop design, etc.
- Game development experience in a Unity environment

Estimated annual income: 6.41 million yen to 10.50 million yen (Wage form: Monthly salary system, including deemed fixed overtime pay)
- Monthly amount: 458,334 yen to 750,000 yen
- Basic salary: 339,084 yen to 554,868 yen
- Deemed fixed overtime allowance: 119,250 yen to 195,132 yen
- Bonus: Twice a year
*Overtime wages exceeding the deemed fixed overtime allowance will be paid additionally.
*Bonuses are performance-linked.
