Job Summary
This role involves researching market trends, user behavior, and competitor products to assist producers in defining product direction. The Lead Planner will deeply analyze game products and market competitors, exploring operational models like live streaming to engage with players. Key responsibilities include leading the optimization of core online game content and numerical values, designing innovative modules, and continuously improving data statistics to validate game designs. The role also involves participating in the management and development of the planning team.
Must Have
- Familiarity with casual games and understanding of game theory/probability for core rule design.
- Ability to plan game design modules and implement logical rules/mechanisms.
- Capable of evaluating system operations and user experience pacing for different modules.
- Experience with mainstream games, analyzing their design pros/cons, and applying core strengths.
- 2+ years of mobile game core design experience with launched projects.
- Possess a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to summarize and teach design methodologies to the team.
- Excellent execution, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

2. Deeply experience game products and market competitors, research operational models such as live streaming and interactive activities to closely engage with players and potential player groups.
3. Lead the optimization of core online game content and numerical values, and the design of innovative modules.
4. Continuously improve data statistics for online products, and verify game design through statistical analysis.
5. Participate in the management and development of the planning team.
Job Requirements
1. Familiar with casual games, with a certain understanding of game theory and probability in core game content, capable of leading the design of core game rules.
2. Possess the ability to plan systems for various game design modules and implement logical rules and mechanisms. Possess comprehensive design capabilities, able to independently evaluate the operational modes and user experience pacing of different modules.
3. Familiar with and have experience with mainstream well-known games on the market, capable of analyzing their rules, mechanisms, design pros and cons, and applying core strengths to appropriate categories.
4. 2+ years of experience in mobile game core design (with launched and operating projects), with a data-driven mindset.
5. Able to summarize design methodologies and impart them to the design team, leading the team to improve design capabilities.
6. Excellent execution, communication, and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
