Job Description

Playtika's Legal Department seeks a part-time Legal Assistant (Student). This role offers law students practical experience in a dynamic tech company, supporting the commercial division. Responsibilities include assisting with contract management, conducting legal research and analysis, collaborating with internal/external teams, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and research skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information. This position is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience within the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

Playtika is looking for a Legal Assistant (Student-Part time position) to join our strong legal department and be part of a rapidly growing tech company.

In this unique position, you will be part of the commercial division of Playtika’s legal department and provide support to our legal department by assisting with a wide range of legal tasks and projects. This position is ideal for a law student who is looking for practical experience in various legal areas and expand their knowledge in the hi-tech and gaming industry.

Work closely with our Commercial Division, collaborating on various legal matters related to contracts, vendors, and general legal operations.
Assist in contract management, including reviewing and summarizing.
Conduct legal research and analysis on wide range of legal matters.
Collaborate with internal and external teams in the organization.
Provide administrative support to the legal department, including organizing and maintaining legal documents and files and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Enrolled in an accredited law school, with a strong academic record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – Must.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend legal issues and provide concise summaries.
Strong attention to details and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the legal field.
