Responsibilities:
Playtika is looking for a Legal Assistant (Student-Part time position) to join our strong legal department and be part of a rapidly growing tech company.
In this unique position, you will be part of the commercial division of Playtika’s legal department and provide support to our legal department by assisting with a wide range of legal tasks and projects. This position is ideal for a law student who is looking for practical experience in various legal areas and expand their knowledge in the hi-tech and gaming industry.
- Work closely with our Commercial Division, collaborating on various legal matters related to contracts, vendors, and general legal operations.
- Assist in contract management, including reviewing and summarizing.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on wide range of legal matters.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams in the organization.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department, including organizing and maintaining legal documents and files and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in an accredited law school, with a strong academic record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – Must.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend legal issues and provide concise summaries.
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the legal field.
