As a part of our Product Law Group, you’ll help uphold Apple’s high ethical and corporate standards. You’ll help provide legal support for all our products across the globe. As a member of the Products & Regulatory Legal Group, you will work with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to help create and introduce products to the world. With passion, dedication, and a desire to tackle challenges, you will play a crucial role as we provide the legal support needed to continue to build cutting-edge technologies.
You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group to support engineering and business teams to enable artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will work closely with engineering and business teams to strategize on, draft and negotiate complex technology licenses and commercials agreements. You’ll advise the business in the day-to-day work with third parties, and in the related development of artificial intelligence features. This work will require close collaboration with subject matter experts across legal teams on topics including privacy, data security, intellectual property, export compliance, and product counseling. The candidate must have experience managing a large docket of deals and be able to solve highly complex issues in creative and effective ways, while maintaining an acceptable level of legal risk in a fast-paced environment. You will also advise management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,700 and $301,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
