Job Summary

SOFTSWISS is expanding its Legal team and is looking for a Junior Legal Specialist. This role offers a great opportunity for a legal professional to apply their expertise in a modern international tech company and explore the fast-growing iGaming industry. You will assist in the daily legal operations of the company by managing and reviewing contracts, processing KYC documentation, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring timely and accurate document flow. The role plays an important part in keeping our legal processes compliant, structured, and efficient across multiple jurisdictions.

Must Have

  • Request and review documents from counterparties and service providers, ensuring compliance and timely submission.
  • Check and verify KYC documentation.
  • Maintain an up-to-date KYC document register and request updated KYC documents from counterparties when required.
  • Prepare and send documents for signature (including via electronic document management systems).
  • Maintain and regularly update corporate registers and records of legal entities, signed contracts.
  • Complete standard questionnaires and forms for other departments and counterparties.
  • Provide colleagues with consultations regarding the validity and correctness of legal documents.
  • Draft and review standard agreements, amendments, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare legal summaries, extracts, and brief analytical notes on legislative and regulatory updates.
  • Support internal legal processes, including updating policies and procedures, and coordinating with external consultants and advisors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (or higher).
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a legal role.
  • Basic knowledge of civil, corporate, and contract law.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with legal and corporate documents.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Russian — Advanced or higher.
