Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced technician to join our SIPRIN team, responsible for maintaining production lines. The role involves diagnosing electrical and mechanical machine faults, working with automation control systems, performing daily maintenance and repairs, regular equipment checks, ensuring fault-free operation, and installing new machines. We offer a comprehensive training program focusing on electrodiagnostics, sensor technology, frequency converters, control systems, industrial communication, pneumatic and lifting equipment, and robotics. The work schedule is 12-hour shifts: 2 days morning, 2 days night, 4 days off.

Must Have

  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical machine faults.
  • Work with automation control systems.
  • Perform daily maintenance and repair of machines.
  • Regularly inspect equipment and resolve faults.
  • Ensure fault-free operation of equipment.
  • Install and commission new machines.
  • Hold a certificate of professional competence for electrical equipment (min. §21 or §22).
  • Possess professional knowledge in electrical engineering.
  • Ability to read EPLAN diagrams.
  • Slovak language proficiency (B2 level).

Good to Have

  • 2 years of experience (for Junior role).
  • Knowledge of automated control systems (advantage for Junior).
  • Knowledge of German or English language (for attractive remuneration).

Job description and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced technician to join our team at SIPRIN, which provides maintenance for production lines. The technician's tasks will include:

  • Diagnosis of machine and equipment faults - both electrical and mechanical
  • Work with automation control systems
  • Daily maintenance and repair of machines
  • Regular inspection of equipment, troubleshooting emerging faults
  • Ensuring fault-free operation of equipment
  • Installation and commissioning of new machines

For new colleagues, we provide a comprehensive training program focused on electrodiagnostics, sensor and sensing technology, frequency converters, control systems, industrial communication, pneumatic and lifting equipment, and robotics.

We offer work in the following shift regime: 12-hour shifts: 2 days morning, 2 days night, 4 days off.

JUNIOR: Professional prerequisites and skills:

  • Certificate of professional competence for work with reserved electrical equipment, minimum §21
  • Professional knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
  • 2 years of experience - welcome
  • Knowledge in the field of automated control systems is an advantage
  • Ability to read EPLAN diagrams
  • Knowledge of Slovak language (spoken and written) at least B2 level
  • With knowledge of German / English, possibility to get more attractive remuneration

SENIOR: Professional prerequisites and skills:

  • Secondary technical education with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, or university education
  • Certificate of professional competence for work with reserved electrical equipment, minimum §22
  • Professional knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
  • Specific knowledge and experience in the field of automated control systems, industrial robotics, drives, PLC diagnostics
  • Use of electrical documentation (EPLAN)
  • Knowledge of Slovak language (spoken and written) at least B2 level
  • With knowledge of German / English, possibility to get more attractive remuneration
