Must Have

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, IT, or project management
• Curiosity about how technology and AI shape the way organizations work and source services
• A structured, analytical mindset combined with creativity and a hands-on attitude
• Strong communication skills in English and German (C1+)
• Team spirit, self-motivation, and a genuine interest in learning from real client challenges
• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to design and deliver sourcing and transformation projects across IT, cloud, and digital services.
• Support negotiations and supplier selection, helping clients make smarter technology decisions.
• Apply data-driven and AI-supported insights to improve performance and optimize value.
• Prepare analyses, workshops, and presentations that turn complex topics into clear client recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with experienced consultants in international project teams and learn directly on the job.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, IT, or project management – or a strong interest in building a career in this space.
