A specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Manager, Marketing Strategy & Integrated Planning for a hybrid opportunity. This is a full-time, 4-6 month, W2 contract opportunity.

Join a dynamic team to shape the future of entertainment marketing. You'll lead campaign strategy, collaborating with research and stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing plans.

Manager, Marketing Strategy & Integrated Planning Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of innovative marketing strategies and comprehensive campaign plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign objectives and tactics.
• Lead and facilitate strategy meetings, ensuring productive discussions and actionable follow-ups.
• Represent the team in executive meetings, articulating campaign strategies with clarity.
• Oversee campaign timelines, milestones, and integrated plans to ensure timely execution.
• Utilize marketing research to set goals and monitor key performance indicators.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance campaign reach and impact.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and cross-business partners.
• Manage experiential activations and promotional partnerships for high-profile titles.
• Conduct thorough analysis of competitor campaigns and industry trends.
• Uphold confidentiality at all levels, including executive interactions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of team workflows and planning processes.
• Stay informed on content and production schedules to align marketing efforts.

Manager, Marketing Strategy & Integrated Planning Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in the entertainment industry.
• In-depth understanding of the entertainment landscape and current trends.
• Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in leading focused meetings and discussions.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and timelines.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Awareness of social media and pop culture trends.
• Proficiency in Mac, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing team members or direct reports.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
