Job Description

The Marketing Technology Product Manager will be responsible for maximizing Martech SaaS Applications to handle, analyze, and activate marketing and business initiatives. They will collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful improvements and utilization of Marketing Technology to drive personalized customer experiences and optimize marketing campaigns. This includes requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data integration, testing, and release. The role involves implementing data governance, security protocols, and providing training and mentorship. The candidate will also tackle issues, ensure platform operation, and optimize personalization strategies.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology (Martech).
  • Experience leading development incorporating web analytics, digital analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with solutions like Adobe Workfront or Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of data quality and data governance frameworks.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Eloqua, Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics.

Job Description:
London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a dedicated and guide Marketing Technology Product Manager with a passion for the financial services industry to join our growing Marketing Technology team.

As a Marketing Technology Product Manager, you will be responsible for maximising some of the top tier Martech SaaS Applications to handle, analyze, and activate marketing and business initiatives. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful improvements and utilization of Marketing Technology to drive personalized customer experiences and optimize marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continue development and configuration of Marketing Tools to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to target specific customer segments with personalized content and offers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to design and implement data-driven marketing tech.
  • Own all aspects of Martech improvements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data integration (from web analytics, digital analytics, and streaming data sources) testing, and release.
  • Implement data governance and security protocols with an emphasis on user privacy and compliance with relevant financial services regulations.
  • Configure and run data integrations with marketing, CRM, web analytics, digital analytics, and other enterprise systems, enabling real-time personalization at scale.
  • Apply a deep understanding, train, and mentor internal teams on Marketing Technology.
  • Tackle issues and ensure successful ongoing platform operation, maintaining data quality and integrity.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, optimizing real-time personalization strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing technology (Martech) with a focus on the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading successful development, incorporating social, web analytics, digital analytics, and real-time personalization.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more solutions like Adobe Workfront, Adobe AEP Real Time CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, or Segment CDP.
  • Eloqua, Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer experience a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data quality principles, data cleansing techniques, and data governance frameworks.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to act as a trusted and respected advisor.
  • Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics.
