Content Analyst - Fixed Income (Spanish)

The Content Analyst - Spanish will process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge. Communicate & collaborate closely with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with customers. Has expertise in data-related issues. Proven knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets. Improve efficiencies in work practices by implementing automation where possible. Improve usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.

The role will be responsible to ensure accurate and continued data maintenance of fixed income markets in LATAM.                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and continued data maintenance of fixed income markets in allocated region

• Maintenance includes accurate and timely coverage of terms and conditions for new and existing bonds, RIC creation, real time data including benchmarks, issuer maintenance in both EJV and OA

• Reading & reviewing, prospectus/documents/press releases in Spanish for fixed income market

• Driving sourcing strategy: reaching our local data providers, exchanges and market participants in specified region to capture information or confirm market trends and conventions

• Client engagement: resolving queries for key and local accounts

• Review, research and provide resolution to regional based Service Cloud inquires

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with content (data maintenance)

• Additional asset: fixed income knowledge required

• Interested in financial market

• Required Language: Spanish - proficient (ability to talk to data owners via phone)

• Excel

• Ability to drive improvements reflected in new content offering and metrics

• Flexibility in shift (can do night shift)
