We are seeking energetic and positive automotive technicians who are skilled problem-solvers with a passion for serving guests. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, completing thorough courtesy inspections, and effectively communicating with the service department. Technicians will work collaboratively with other team members to troubleshoot guest concerns, ensure a safe and organized work environment, and deliver exceptional results. The role emphasizes continuous learning and career development within a supportive team.
Must have:
  • Positive attitude and desire to serve guests
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • Diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals
  • Professional appearance and strong communication
Good to have:
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes

Master Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman

Job Overview:

We are looking for technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
  • Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
  • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate  concerns 
  • Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication
  • A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
  • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
  • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
  • Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
  • Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
  • Drive manual transmissions vehicles
  • Efficiently navigate a computer
