The Materials Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing various inventory items such as equipment, consumables, chemicals, parts, and tools, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space and quick order fulfillment. This role involves maintaining the safety of stored goods, verifying incoming and outgoing items against documentation, organizing items by type and quality, and preparing batches for dispatch.

  • Assembling and dispatching batches of inventory according to invoices
  • Secondary specialized education
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management
  • Experience with ERP systems (1C, Oracle, SAP)
  • Skills in working with documentation, figures, and calculations
  • Ability to operate special warehouse equipment (forklifts, mechanical vehicles)
  • Knowledge of traffic rules
  • Proficient PC user skills

Materials Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, storing, and issuing various inventory items: equipment, consumables, chemical agents, parts, tools, etc., taking into account the most rational use of warehouse space, facilitating and accelerating the picking of necessary inventory items.
  • Ensuring the safety of stored inventory items (equipment, consumables, inventory, workwear, chemical agents, and other means of labor), observing storage conditions that prevent damage and loss of inventory items.
  • Performing work on placing inventory items within the warehouse.
  • Verifying the conformity of incoming/outgoing inventory items (equipment, consumables, inventory, chemical agents, etc.) with accompanying documents (receipt invoices and certificates).
  • Moving inventory items to storage locations with their arrangement (sorting) by type, quality, purpose, and other characteristics;
  • Assembling batches of inventory items according to dispatch invoices and their release.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Secondary specialized education.
  • Experience in similar positions (in warehouse management) for at least 2 years.
  • Experience with ERP systems (1C, Oracle, SAP).
  • Skills in working with documentation, figures, and calculations.
  • Ability to work with special warehouse equipment (forklifts, small and medium mechanical vehicles).
  • Knowledge of traffic rules.
  • Proficient PC user skills.
  • English language skills (conversational level) are desirable.
