Job Description
A media consultant at Ansira is responsible for managing local partner communication and implementing client marketing programs. This role involves both inbound and outbound consultative interactions with local affiliates across the United States, primarily via phone and email. Key duties include processing advertising campaigns, guiding affiliates through payment, assisting with ad selection on platforms, and collaborating internally to develop marketing programs. The consultant also builds relationships with affiliates to support retention and provides project status feedback.
Must Have:
- Work with local affiliates across the United States (primarily via phone and email).
- Enter and process advertising campaigns in NetSuite and internal systems.
- Guide affiliates to complete payment for their campaigns.
- Assist affiliates within our platforms, choosing ads to accompany advertising campaigns.
- Navigate and operate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Collaborate internally to grow and develop marketing programs.
- Provide ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to manager.
- Build relationships with local affiliates to support retention.

- Working with local affiliates across the United States (primarily via phone and email) to understand their marketing needs and assist in executing advertising campaigns accordingly, with urgency
- Enter and process advertising campaigns in the NetSuite and internal systems
- Guide affiliates to complete payment for their campaigns, occasionally processing payment manually when the system is not working or as issues arise
- Assist affiliates within our platforms, choosing ads to accompany advertising campaigns, and working with the Creative Services team as needed for size adjustments to ads
- Navigating and operating multiple systems simultaneously throughout the day with ease
- Collaborating internally to grow and develop marketing programs
- Providing ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to manager
- Building relationships with local affiliates to support retention
